Executive Health Coaching for Leaders & Entrepreneurs
People follow people.
Not just positions.
Your health shapes more than your quality of life. It also influences your presence, your energy and your ability to lead others.
As an entrepreneur or leader, you carry responsibility. For decisions, for results and frequently for many people.
But how much attention do you give to your own health in the process?
Vitality, mental clarity, emotional stability and physical performance are important resources for a fulfilling private life and a demanding working day. They can shape how you make decisions, meet challenges and affect the people around you.
A leader who radiates energy, inner stability and enjoyment of life can provide orientation, build trust and inspire others.
Health is therefore far more than the absence of illness. It is a fundamental basis for long-term quality of life and personal performance.

You look after your business. Who looks after your health?
Many entrepreneurs invest a considerable part of their lives in building and developing their business.
You plan strategically, solve problems, lead teams and carry commercial responsibility. In the process, your own health often moves into the background.
One meeting follows the next. Meals are eaten on the side. Movement and recovery are postponed. As long as the body keeps going, everything seems fine.
Yet strain can build up gradually. Exhaustion, sleep problems, increasing stress or declining performance are often taken seriously only once they already affect daily life.
Preventive health care should not begin only once problems have arisen.
My approach therefore starts earlier: strengthen health resources in a targeted way, recognise possible risks and improve the conditions for long-term vitality and quality of life.
Your health influences how you lead.
Leadership means more than making decisions or setting targets.
People also orient themselves by the personality, attitude and behaviour of their leaders.
Someone who is physically and mentally balanced can often communicate more clearly, handle strain more calmly and remain more present in demanding situations.
Health is no guarantee of professional success. It does, however, create important conditions for concentration, resilience, emotional stability and long-term performance.
Someone who models a conscious and responsible approach to their own health can also inspire others to do the same.
Healthy leadership therefore always begins with your own person.
I understand both worlds: medicine and entrepreneurship.
I am Dr Frank Oberle.
As a physician, entrepreneur and holistic health coach, I know both the medical perspective and the particular demands of an entrepreneurial life.
My professional background brings together different experiences:
Over 30 years of experience in conventional medicine
Particularly in acute and intensive care and as a specialist in anaesthesiology.
14 years of experience with complementary medical methods
With a broader view of the connections between lifestyle, metabolism, recovery and health.
Over 11 years of holistic health coaching
With a focus on prevention, long-term vitality and individually practical health strategies.
My own entrepreneurial experience
I know from my own experience how quickly professional responsibility, ambitious goals and a full calendar can shift personal priorities.
A successful health strategy has to adapt to a person's life — not the other way round.
I do not want to impose additional obligations on you. My aim is to work with you to find out which changes are sensible and how they can be integrated into your individual everyday life as simply as possible.
Personalised guidance that fits your life.
Every person brings different conditions, challenges and goals. That is why I do not offer rigid coaching programmes that have to be worked through regardless of your personal situation. Instead, we develop an individual strategy together. Possible focus areas are:
Energy and performance
Shape nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery to suit your personal conditions.
Stress management and mental resilience
Develop practical strategies for a more mindful approach to professional strain.
Longevity and prevention
Place long-term health, vitality and quality of life at the centre.
Nutrition and metabolism
Find individual adjustments for professional demands, travel and personal needs.
Sleep and recovery
Take recovery into account in a targeted way, even under demanding working conditions.
Healthy habits
Develop small, concrete changes that can be sustained as permanently as possible.
The focus is not on as many measures as possible.
What matters are the measures that are sensible for you personally and that genuinely fit into your everyday life.
How we work together.
Individual health questionnaire
Before our first consultation, you receive a structured health questionnaire. It helps me understand your personal situation, your health goals and your individual challenges. We also take account of your professional load, your time and your existing health habits.
Personal baseline conversation by video
In an in-depth video call, we look at your current situation together. We discuss possible strain factors, existing resources and the areas where change seems most worthwhile.
Personal recommendations and health strategy
On the basis of the questionnaire and our conversation, we develop concrete recommendations and an individual action plan. The recommendations should be medically grounded, comprehensible and practical to implement. The focus is on small, targeted changes that fit your goals and your everyday life.
Flexible support as needed
Whether a single consultation is enough or further appointments make sense is decided individually. There are no obligatory long-term programmes and no fixed coaching packages. The collaboration is oriented around your needs and your time.
Your time is valuable. So is your health.
I know that entrepreneurs and leaders rarely have a conventional working day. That is why my consultation is deliberately flexible.
Our conversations can take place by video conference, regardless of your location. Appointments outside usual office hours may be possible by individual arrangement.
You do not need regular weekly coaching appointments and do not have to complete an extensive programme.
Manageable time. Clear priorities. Changes that fit your life.
Your business has a strategy. Does your health?
You plan investments, develop long-term business goals and make decisions whose effects reach far into the future.
But what does your personal health strategy for the next ten or twenty years look like?
Health is an essential condition for shaping the coming years professionally active, physically vital and with a high quality of life.
I support you in recognising your health priorities and developing an individual, realistic action plan from them.
Do not only invest in the future of your business. Invest in your own as well.
